It is important to tailor your resume to each job, industry, or company you apply for.  This session will include details about formatting and content, how to write effective bullet points, and how to tailor your resume to a specific industry or job.

Cover Letter Review/Creation

While cover letters are sometimes optional, it is a good way to introduce yourself to the employer. A cover letter allows you to go beyond your resume - to explain why you are interested in the position you are applying for, and how you are the best fit for it. This session will include details about formatting and content, writing strategies, and tips for drafting a compelling cover letter targeted to a specific industry or job.
